Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO)

The Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Bank's enterprise-wide risk management and regulatory compliance framework. This role ensures the Bank maintains a sound risk culture, adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, and effectively manages credit, operational, compliance, liquidity, strategic, reputational, and information security risks.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CRCO advises the Board and senior management on emerging risks, compliance trends, and regulatory expectations, while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and prudent risk-taking aligned with the Bank’s mission and strategic goals.

Salary

Base pay range : $200,000.00 / yr - $230,000.00 / yr
