Description

The Sr. Change Management Lead, AI Initiatives will drive the strategic transformation of Marcom's adoption and integration of AI technologies. This role combines expertise in organizational change management with deep knowledge management capabilities to ensure smooth transitions as teams adopt new AI tools and processes. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design and implement comprehensive change strategies that address both the human and technical aspects of AI enablement. This position requires a unique blend of change leadership, training development and Artificial Intelligence experience to support Marcom's AI transformation journey.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 9 years of experience in change management, knowledge management or organizational development.

Track record of successfully leading large‑scale technology adoption initiatives, with demonstrated experience in change management methodologies.

Strong background in training design and delivery, knowledge management systems, and adult learning principles with experience creating scalable learning solutions.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence and engage team members at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.

Experience with AI / ML technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or emerging technology adoption in marketing or creative environments.

Certification in change management or training development with demonstrated application in technology rollouts.

Background in knowledge management platforms, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools.

Experience working in fast‑paced, creative environments with cross‑functional teams including creative, technical, and business partners.

Understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content management processes.

Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and training ROI.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
