We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. $100,000+ yearly commission based

Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through many methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Develop strategies for using social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads
  • Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
  • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close

Must be available in the office :

  • Monday – Thursday : 9 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 30 AM – 1 : 00 PM
  • Commission-only role

    Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred
  • Strong customer service experience is necessary for this position
  • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
