Job description

Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting at $18.55 per hour plus overtime eligible!  About Agape of Appleton :

  • Float between 2 to 3 programs Required to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week .
  • Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
  • A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
  • Prefer candidates to have at least 2-3 years of caregiving experience Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
