We are looking for an upbeat, self-motivated, team player for a front office position. The position is 30 hours per week, working at our Hillsboro office (Monday 7 : 30-12 : 30, Tuesday thru Thursday 7 : 30 -4 : 00) and starts immediately.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Welcoming patients and visitors.
• Verifying demographics and insurance information at check in
• Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Collecting of patient co-payments and patient balances.
• Working with patient care team to keep patient appointments on schedule.
• Re-verifying medical insurance coverage
• Scheduling appointments
• Appointment confirmations
• Answering patient phone calls
• Assisting patients to set up telehealth appointments

Job Requirements :
