• 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI strategy roles.
• Proven expertise in AI strategy, operating models, and capability building.
• Strong solution design, implementation understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI (strategic view and hands-on development).
• Demonstrated ability to align AI capabilities with business value and outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated industries.
• Experience in gap analysis, capability maturity assessments, and roadmap design.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• MBA, MS in AI / Data Science, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Prior experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large enterprises.
