Position Summary :
The Medical Office LPN provides both direct and indirect nursing care, adhering to established standards and practices while assisting in the coordination of patient care.
Responsibilities Include :
Being the primary liaison between providers and patients.Handling administrative and clinical duties with keen attention to detail.Administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.Preparing equipment and assisting during patient examinations and procedures.Educating patients and families about health and wellness.Responding efficiently to emergency situations.Maintaining patient records and documenting care accurately.Participating in a Patient-Centered Medical Home Care Team.Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited LPN Program.Current licensure in Connecticut.1 year of experience in a medical facility preferred.Basic computer skills and comfort in a fast-paced, confidential environment.Excellent communication and team-oriented skills are essential.Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel to different office locations.
