Growth Department Manager Navy Mission Support

Peraton is hiring a Growth Department Manager Navy Mission Support. This position will be located in Reston, VA.

What you'll do :

• Lead strategic growth initiatives targeting Navy mission support programs across NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NSWC, NWDC, and NCAMS.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior Navy stakeholders, program managers, and acquisition leads.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities in the $50M$100M range aligned with company capabilities and Navy priorities.
• Drive capture strategies and lead proposal development efforts, including teaming, pricing, and win themes.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align offerings with Navy mission needs in areas such as platform engineering, logistics, training, and modeling & simulation.
• Monitor Navy budgets, acquisition forecasts, and contracting trends to inform pipeline development.
• Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program / project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project, and / or financial reports.

Qualifications

16 years of experience, may have management experience.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
