Job description

Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensuring consistent and high-quality service and food quality.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining open communication with staff and management to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a similar hospitality management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.
