Sales Compensation Analyst (Entry Level)

Location : Atlanta, GA (30339) - Galleria Area

On-Site : (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Compensation : $60,000-65,000 / year

Vaco is partnering with a growing client seeking a Compensation Analyst for their team. This role supports the sales compensation team by managing commission data analysis, auditing, and compensation administration across various business units and regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Process monthly producer compensation

Audit commission data for accuracy and compliance

Investigate and resolve compensation-related inquiries

Assist with month-end reporting and analysis

Provide training and guidance on compensation policies

Support onboarding for new acquisitions regarding compensation

Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree required

2+ years of experience in an analytical role (FP&A, variance analysis, reconciliations, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups), Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Effective verbal and written communication across all organizational levels

E xcellent organizational and time management abilities
