Utilizes a model where agents earn commission on bookings and can also earn through the recruitment of new agents into the network.
Offers a commission split where agents receive 80% of the commission earned on bookings.

An Online Global Booking Consultant's responsibilities include assisting clients with booking travel, accommodations, and activities, managing reservations from start to finish, and providing support throughout their trip. They must understand client needs, research options, handle payments, stay updated on travel trends, and manage any issues that arise, all while working remotely.
Client management and planning
Consult with clients : Discuss and understand clients' preferences, budgets, and specific requirements for trips.
Research and recommend : Investigate destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide tailored recommendations and create detailed travel plans.
Handle special needs : Account for specific needs such as accessibility, dietary requirements, or necessary travel documents (passports, visas).
Booking and reservation management
Book services : Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services using booking systems.
Process payments : Handle deposits and final payments for bookings.
Manage changes : Address and manage any modifications or changes to bookings, including cancellations or delays.
Communication and support
Provide information : Supply clients with all necessary and pertinent information, including travel advisories, weather conditions, local customs, and how to maximize their budget.
Communicate throughout : Stay in regular contact with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and address any concerns they may have during or after their trip.
Offer post-trip support : Gather feedback after the trip to improve future services and assist with any post-trip issues.
Administrative and professional development
Maintain records : Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic records of all bookings and client interactions.
Stay informed : Keep knowledge current on travel trends, policies, new promotions, and regulations by attending seminars or conferences.
Problem-solve : Address and resolve unforeseen problems and complaints that may arise.
