Specializes in promotional travel for various client types, including hotels, resorts, casinos, and grocery chains.

For travel agents

  • Host agency :

Acts as a host agency for independent agents who want to start their own home-based travel businesses.

  • Training and support :
  • Offers training, resources, and support through its in-house media room and online platforms to help agents build their businesses.

  • Business model :
  • Utilizes a model where agents earn commission on bookings and can also earn through the recruitment of new agents into the network.

  • Compensation :
  • Offers a commission split where agents receive 80% of the commission earned on bookings.

  • Requirements

    An Online Global Booking Consultant's responsibilities include assisting clients with booking travel, accommodations, and activities, managing reservations from start to finish, and providing support throughout their trip. They must understand client needs, research options, handle payments, stay updated on travel trends, and manage any issues that arise, all while working remotely.

    Client management and planning

    Consult with clients : Discuss and understand clients' preferences, budgets, and specific requirements for trips.

    Research and recommend : Investigate destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide tailored recommendations and create detailed travel plans.

    Handle special needs : Account for specific needs such as accessibility, dietary requirements, or necessary travel documents (passports, visas).

    Booking and reservation management

    Book services : Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services using booking systems.

    Process payments : Handle deposits and final payments for bookings.

    Manage changes : Address and manage any modifications or changes to bookings, including cancellations or delays.

    Communication and support

    Provide information : Supply clients with all necessary and pertinent information, including travel advisories, weather conditions, local customs, and how to maximize their budget.

    Communicate throughout : Stay in regular contact with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and address any concerns they may have during or after their trip.

    Offer post-trip support : Gather feedback after the trip to improve future services and assist with any post-trip issues.

    Responsibilities :

  • Travel Planning : Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Booking Management : Handle the end-to-end process of booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all reservations.
  • Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel partners.
  • Problem Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience for clients.
  • Training : Attend live and online training programs and meetings to earn travel industry certifications to gain knowledge and comprehension in booking travel for clients
  • Documentation : Manage all travel-related documentation, including tickets, confirmations, and itineraries. Ensure that clients receive all the necessary information before their journey.
  • Travel Trends and Updates : Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and updates. Provide clients with relevant information and recommendations to enhance their travel experience by email and follow-up by phone to ensure thorough comprehension
  • Social Media and Marketing - Utilize the latest trends in social media to attract and obtain clients.
  • Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain a positive reputation. Address client feedback and continuously seek ways to improve the travel coordination process. Qualifications :
