Title : Client Service Coordinator

Reports to : Executive Director

Department / Location : Onsite

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Role Description :

Position is fulltime, Monday-Friday, normal business hours. Position is located onsite at the Downtown Denver location working with the Adolescent population.

• Must have a background in behavioral health

Role Summary :

As the Client Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all patients and visitors receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact at the front desk for individuals seeking mental health treatment, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance as needed.
