Expected salary range of $132,300 to $147,000, depending on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Lead Chemistry Specialist will oversee critical Chemistry functions, ensuring the optimal performance of our Clean Energy Centers (CEC) and fleet operations while providing expert technical support for industry-related issues.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Establish and enforce governance protocols for Chemistry Programs.
• Engage in Chemistry Manager Peer groups to foster continuous improvement in Chemistry performance.
• Conduct regular observations and thorough assessments at CECs to ensure compliance with safety standards and excellence in chemistry fundamentals.
• Benchmark industry best practices to enhance department performance and management documentation.
• Monitor long-term trends in fleet and industry performance metrics, adjusting indicators and developing strategies to address performance gaps.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements related to chemistry programs.
• Facilitate development and succession planning within corporate and fleet chemistry departments.
• Collaborate regularly with CEC Chemistry teams to provide essential support and oversight.
• Participate in industry-wide technical groups to provide Constellation's input in the development of guidelines and standards, implementing necessary changes within the organization.
• Perform other duties as directed by management to support operational activities.
