Position Summary :
As a Customer Support / Print Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for handling phone and online inquiries through Zendesk, assisting guests with questions, scheduling concerns, and post-session support related to their photo experiences with Santa.
In addition to customer support, you will also assist with print fulfillment, which includes downloading, printing, packaging, and shipping customer photo packages. Training will be provided on all systems and procedures to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
Your role is to deliver professional, friendly, and efficient serviceresolving issues promptly while maintaining our brands warm and magical tone. You will communicate directly with families, photographers, and studio teams to ensure every guests experience is handled with care and precision.
This is an in-office position based at our Fresno headquarters. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and collaborate closely with the Studio Operations and Fulfillment teams to maintain a seamless guest journey.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide timely, accurate, and cheerful assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat using
Zendesk.
Handle inquiries regarding photo sessions, scheduling, and product delivery.Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.Assist customers with downloading, accessing, or purchasing their photo products.Document and track all customer interactions in Zendesk to ensure proper follow-up and accountability.Communicate effectively with studio and regional teams regarding customer feedback or recurring issues.Maintain a thorough understanding of Holiday Magic Studios services, promotions, and policies.Provide a warm and festive tone in all customer communications to uphold the brands magical experience.Download, print, package, and ship customer photo packages in accordance with company quality standards.Operate photo printers and software accurately and efficiently (training provided).Ensure photo products are printed to specification and packaged securely for shipment.Assist management with administrative tasks or special projects as needed.Qualifications & Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age.Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service, print fulfillment, or call center environments preferred but not required.Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support software strongly preferred.Excellent phone and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with computers and general office software.Basic understanding of printers and fulfillment equipment (training provided).Must maintain reliable transportation to and from the Fresno office.Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand standards.
