Job Summary The Visual Marketing Lead supports the execution of key brand digital marketing efforts by applying AMN brand guidelines to drive new supply initiatives and new business opportunities / engagements. This role covers digital, paid media, programmatic, social media, copywriting and design to deliver quick turnaround in support of brand marketing strategies and initiatives, and to support marketing department operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities Demonstrate strategic expertise across search, display and social advertising.

Guide agencies in the development and evaluation of media campaign implementation and recommendations.

Understand media conversion tracking, installation and attribution.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with business owners to define, measure and optimize digital performance against objectives.

Utilize various online marketing channels to drive new supply initiatives and new business opportunities / engagement.

Analyze advertising reporting and translate into cohesive marketing strategies and suggestions.

Research new paid media opportunities and technologies to create demand, lead generation, and efficiencies for the company.

Troubleshoot data or platform issues as they arise.

Provide operations support, including adherence to budget, invoice processing, and project management within scope of the role.

Qualifications Education & Years of Experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not necessary

3-5 years in digital marketing, preferably with experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Additional Experience

Experience with Google Ads, Bing & Facebook Ads necessary

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn advertising, TikTok, Spotify a huge plus

Healthcare or staffing marketing experience a plus

Familiar with Salesforce and other CRM

Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office / home office environment.

Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate $66,500 - $79,000 Salary. Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
