What's Under the Hood for You

Competitive Pay : $30–$45 / hour flat rate (based on certifications and experience)

Turn Hours You'll Love : 45–60 hours per week

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM (your weekends stay sacred)

Your Role in the Fast Lane

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles with accuracy and pride

Perform services including brakes, tires, alignments, fluid exchanges, and more

Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience

Take ownership of your work and help maintain a positive shop environment

What It Takes

2–3+ years of hands-on automotive experience

Maryland State Inspection License - Required

ASE certifications a plus

A positive attitude and drive to learn—no egos, just teamwork
