Senior Accountant, Financial Analysis & Reporting

We are looking to add a Senior Accountant, Financial Analysis & Reporting to support the team in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and records with a focus on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), fixed assets, and lease accounting. This position also ensures timely and accurate month-end close, supports financial reporting and compliance, and provides variance and trend analysis to management.

As a core user of Oracle Fusion ERP, this role uses the system to extract data, prepare reports, and assist in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information provided to management and auditors.

Core Responsibilities Include :

General Accounting & Compliance

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset records and lease schedules, including depreciation and CAM reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support external audits by coordinating PBC requests and maintaining documentation.
