Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans

Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance

Qualifications Required :

Current BCBA certification

Master's degree in ABA or a related field

Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal communication skills

Genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
