This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days / week in office, 1 day / week remote).

Base pay
$104,500.00 / yr - $118,250.00 / yr
What you’ll do
- Serve as an expert on overarching program performance, developing automated reporting frameworks and dashboards, tracking key program outcomes (acquisition, engagement, retention, and other KPIs), and monitoring overarching program P&L
- Provide critical insights into program trends and effects, exploring complex / advanced strategic topics (e.g., sign-up patterns, member activities) and translating findings into strategic recommendations
- Analyze program incrementality and quantify changes in member behavior (purchase frequency, purchase values, product types, visit sources and revenue attribution, etc.)
- Understand how customers engage with program rewards / benefits, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product / Engineering, and Promotions teams to enable, track, and assess outcomes of complex A / B tests and cross-functional initiatives
- Socialize learnings with Wayfair senior leadership via concise, answer-first communications
- Collaborate with Data Science to explore opportunities to apply machine learning algorithms for improved program measurement and customer targeting
- Forecast program growth / financials and construct business cases for adjustments to program structure, new or enhanced benefits, etc.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in a field with strong quantitative and analytical focus (Economics, Business, the Sciences, etc.)3+ years experience working in a quantitative field (finance, consulting or marketing a plus)Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, SQL (or other coding languages), and Google Sheets / ExcelExceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skillsInsatiable curiosity.
