I'm working with a well-established, growth-oriented construction company that is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join their team. What They're Looking For :

1-10+ years of experience overseeing full-cycle commercial construction projects

Proven ability to lead field operations, subcontractors, and site teams

Strong understanding of safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control

Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, and inspectors

Ability to solve problems quickly and keep projects on track and within scope

A leadership style that balances accountability with clear communication

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily onsite operations and maintain a safe, organized jobsite

Oversee subcontractor work, trade coordination, and project sequencing

Track progress, mitigate delays, and ensure quality workmanship

Act as the primary point of contact on the jobsite

Provide guidance to junior superintendents and foremen
