ICU – Fergus Falls, MN\n\nUnit Details : \n\nBeds : 5 | Ratios : 1 RN : 2 patients\n\nCertifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC\n\nEMR : Paragon-Hospital; Allscripts TouchWorks-Clinis\n\nCharge Nurse : None | Nurse Aides : As needed\n\nWeekend / Holiday : Every other weekend; 7 major holidays scheduled\n\nScrubs : RN – Royal Blue | CNA – Steel Gray\n\nTelemetry / Monitor Techs : Yes\n\nSkills & Equipment : \n\nDrips : Cardizem, Insulin, Propofol, Versed, Vasopressors\n\nVentilator : Hamilton C-1\n\nCommon Diagnoses : Stroke (TPN), STEMI, non-STEMI, other critical care cases\n\nHospitalists / Intensivist : In-house coverage\n\nIV Team : None\n\nRespiratory Therapy : 24 / 7; on-call after 6pm (10-min response)\n\nPharmacy : In-house until 10pm; remote after\n\nShifts : \n\n8 -hr : 07 : 00–15 : 30, 15 : 00–23 : 30, 23 : 00–07 : 30\n\n12-hr : 07 : 00–19 : 30, 19 : 00–07 : 30\n\nFloating : Med / Surg floors; 1–2 shift orientation required
