Job descriptionConduct detailed on-site inspections of roofing installations. Ensure all work meets established quality standards and completion checklists. Generate comprehensive final inspection reports. Submit daily field reports to the installation department for documentation and management review. Perform minor roofing repairs as needed. Represent the company with professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site installation issues effectively. Serve as the main point of contact for repair and leak concerns in the Eugene territory. Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture through collaboration, communication, and integrity. Positive, energetic, and trustworthy personality. Strong commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Proven customer service skills with a drive for client satisfaction. Effective problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Pride in delivering excellent work. 5+ years of hands-on roofing installation experience. Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume construction environments. Ability to perform minor roof repairs independently. Willingness to travel within the Eugene, OR service area.
