Location : Dallas - Fort Worth, TX

The Opportunity :

My client is looking for a highly ambitious Senior Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.

My client is a leading mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and piping solutions for complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. With a proven track record of delivering high-performance systems on time and on budget, we pride ourselves on technical excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead complex, multimillion-dollar projects in HVAC, plumbing, piping & process systems

What Youll Do :

  • Take charge of large mechanical projects from preconstruction through delivery
  • Mentor & lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
  • Negotiate contracts & change orders like a pro
  • Keep projects on track : budgets, schedules, safety, quality
  • Drive business growth by leveraging client relationships

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Ambitious Senior Project Managers ready to step into an executive role
  • 12+ years in mechanical construction / contracting with large projects under your belt
  • Strong leadership & client-facing skills
  • Financial savvy : forecasting, cost control, margins
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • PMP, PE, LEED, or CCM certifications? Big plus!
