Travel RN – PACU / Preop

Los Alamos Medical Center – 3rd Floor Surgery

Unit : 3 PACU beds | Ratios 1 : 1 or 1 : 2

Shift : 36 hrs / week | Every other weekend with on-call coverage (30-min response time)

EHR : CQI, Medhost

Requirements : RN license (NM), BLS, ACLS, PALS, 2+ years PACU experience

Preferred : Combined PACU & Preop experience

Patients : Primarily adult, occasional ENT (monthly) | Common : appendectomy, gallbladder

Supervisor : James Maxey, Director of Surgical Services

Best Fit : Professional, adaptable nurses with strong recovery care skills
