Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Salesforce OMS Developer for our client. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) solutions to support and optimize order workflows. The role includes customizing and configuring Salesforce OMS per business requirements, integrating with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems, and participating in requirement analysis, solution design, and code review.

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce OMS solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce OMS according to business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce OMS with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and code review.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve OMS-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize order management processes.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with focus on OMS.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Order Management processes and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP).
  • Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, OMS Specialist)
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Inventory Management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Communication skills.
  • May be travel involved once / twice in a month
  • Remote work flexibility, anywhere in US.
