Requirements

  • Training will be provided
  • Reliable transportation and drivers license
  • Desire to learn new skills and operate as a team player
  • Good communications and ability to work around customers in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and desire to grow within the company

Responsibilities

  • Preform basic repairs of washers, dryers and vending machines
  • Make repairs to the building, walls, flooring, paint, and trim
  • Organize parts and supplies to ensure optimum efficiency
  • Help managers with picking up supplies, refilling vending machines and delivering supplies to each location.
  • Keep facilities free of pests and insects
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, flooring repair, and painting
  • Respond to and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the Facilities and Equipment manager.
  • Turn in timely and accurate reports
