As an Academic Worker – GPT Persona Superuser , you will join the R&D Global Operations and Transformation (GOAT) organization within the Operations and Information Management team. In this role, you will support the creation, testing, and refinement of GPT Personas within Elanco's R&D organization. This position is ideal for tech-savvy students eager to explore AI technology and help shape user experiences that improve efficiency across the business.

Your Responsibilities

Interact with teams to collect user requirements and design prompt engineering approaches.

Develop GPT prompts and personas tailored to specific user interactions within ElancoGPT.

Collaborate with users and stakeholders to ensure personas meet organizational needs.

Troubleshoot and provide support for persona-related development issues.

Conduct testing to ensure accuracy, usability, and functionality.

Partner with IT to monitor AI / ML advancements and integrate improvements into persona design.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

Education

Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Prior experience with chatbot or GPT persona development.

Skills

Interest in AI and natural language processing; strong computer and problem-solving skills; ability to learn software quickly; excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

Experience working in academic or applied research environments.

Demonstrated ability to incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements.
