Must-Have :

Description :

This position involves providing care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, the placement of ventricular assist devices, and other complex procedures.

The nurse-patient ratio may range from 1 : 1 to 1 : 2.

Candidates must demonstrate competency in managing critical care scenarios, particularly in cardiovascular settings.

A strong background in post-operative care and advanced cardiac life support is essential for success in this role.

Teamwork and communication skills are vital for collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
