Job Description : We are seeking a reliable and caring At-Home Personal Assistant to support a busy family by assisting in caring for two young children and assisting with various household tasks. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position is Monday - Friday from 4-8pm CST in Birmingham, AL. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and engage with children after school, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist with homework and educational activities. Plan and participate in age-appropriate games and activities. Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. Assist with family meal prep as needed. Perform light cleaning tasks, including tidying up play areas, kitchens, and dining areas. Help with laundry and organizing children’s belongings. Help manage appointments and schedules as needed. Qualifications : Previous experience in working with young children is a must have Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Compensation : Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
