Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing SAP BRIM solutions, with a focus on order management, subscription billing, and revenue management. This role requires a proactive leader who can analyze complex business problems, drive cross functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.

Own and drive cross functional issues with various teams to address business needs.

Lead workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Design and configure SAP BRIM solutions to meet specific business needs.

Prepare solutions and provide demonstrations of functionalities to Business / IT team members.

Perform unit, integration, end to end QA testing, and support UAT, performance, and stage testing.

Write test scenarios and test steps for various testing life cycles.

Conduct cut over, go live, and post go live activities as part of implementation.

Prepare training and knowledge transfer documents to train the team on implemented functionalities.

Provide post implementation support and troubleshooting.

Stay up to date with the latest SAP BRIM technologies and best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

Expert knowledge in SAP BRIM modules, including subscription billing, revenue management, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing.

5 7 years of experience in SAP Quote to Cash areas with a focus on SAP BRIM implementation.

Hands on functional configuration and design experience within SAP components such as SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing (CI).

Strong understanding of different revenue models, including subscription billing and usage based billing.

Ability to interact with all levels of business users, from end users to executives.

Excellent effective communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Experience integrating SAP BRIM with other Telecom CRM, SAP CPQ Integration, CLM, EMS, Middleware, and non SAP systems.

Familiarity with the latest S / 4 Business Planning

Consolidation platform and its integration with BRIM solutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Certification in BRIM or SAP Sales and Distribution module is preferred.

Highly motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to multi task in a self managed environment.
