Part-Time Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

Essential Job Duties :

Provides daily supervision and support to clinic staff residency clinic including :

• Provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Provide consultation and supervision to Psychiatric Residents
• Complete clear and thorough documentation in patient EMR.
• Establish working relationship and accept feedback from CBO staff regarding documentation to meet requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Psychiatric Residency Program Director and Program Coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and other office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Education - Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling

Licenses - Indiana LCSW or LMHC- -Indiana LCSW or LMHCor LMHCCSW or LMHCLCSW or LMHCLCSW or LMHCLCSW or LMHC

Experience - Providing Individual and Group therapy and Supervision is Preferred
