This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, driving market growth, and building long-term relationships. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing leadership and the Outside Sales team to expand the company’s footprint and develop strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in high-potential industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets.
- Lead market expansion strategies by researching prospects and analyzing competition.
- Work with the Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth lead-to-sale transition.
- Oversee the business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Report on business development activities, sales pipeline health, and market trends.
Qualifications :
5+ years’ experience in business development, strategy, or sales within the construction materials or building industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel up to 50% within Texas.Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of an innovative team, apply today!
