Job Title : Supervisor Laboratory

Location : Orange City, Florida

Job Overview :

The Supervisor II, Laboratory provides supervision over multiple laboratory functions, including core lab testing, workflow monitoring from sample processing through results reporting, and day-to-day team performance management. This licensed clinical role ensures compliance with service guarantees, specimen quality, and corporate policies related to job performance, customer service, and confidentiality. The position reports to the Manager, Laboratory, and may involve working designated shifts including day, evening, or night, with a set schedule of Tuesday to Friday 5 PM to 3 : 30 AM plus one working Saturday every 12 weeks.

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as Medical Technologist / Supervisor
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Florida Supervisors license in Chemistry
• Certification by a professional laboratory certifying agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT)
