CustomFit Concierge is a small private Physical Therapy practice specializing in mobile in home concierge PT. We service our private clients in downtown Chicago and the suburbs and are looking to grow our team of experienced Physical Therapists.

We are looking for Physical Therapists that fit the following description :

• 3+ years of experience preferably in OP Orthopedics but In Home experience a plus
• Passionate about delivering high quality 1 on 1 hands on manual therapy treatment
• Want more autonomy and flexibility in their career
• Want to get out of the daily grind of PT clinic work
• Want to be part of a new and exciting PT practice model
