CHI Lakewood Health is recruiting a PRN Family Medicine Physician to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Baudette, MN with a population of 935. Baudette is known as the Walleye Capital of the World. We are located just south of Lake of the Woods on State Highways 11 and 172. It is also located near Zippel Bay State Park and Beltrami Island State Forest. We have an attractive community in an area known for its year round fishing and many outdoor activities.
