Principal Specialist In Cost Controls
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) portfolio within the Land & Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Specialist in Cost Controls. This role will support the high-demand UAE Patriot portfolio within the Global Patriot Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). These programs deliver capability and modernization to the UAE Air Force and Air Defence (AFAD) through Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract types.
This fast-growing program office is working multiple strategic captures to enhance capabilities for our international customer. This position involves frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership, necessitating strong presentation and communication skills, as well as a robust understanding of financial performance management and processes.

This role is offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done at the Tewksbury, MA; Andover, MA; McKinney, TX, Huntsville, AL, or St. Petersburg, FL location. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
