What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and champion resident safety and satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for residents, families, and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including resident assessment and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
  • Proven experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living leadership.
  • Strong clinical, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop nursing professionals.
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and a passion for improving lives.
