Schedule : 4 days / week, 10-hour shifts Pay : Up to $90,000 + $10,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities :

• Assist DON with daily clinical operations
• Support and coach nursing staff
• Ensure compliance and quality care
• Promote a positive resident-centered culture
