About the Role :

Visory is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our high-performing Engineering team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client experiences by executing technical projects that enhance the efficiency, security, and reliability of our clients' IT environments. You'll work closely with the Director of PMO, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and implement a wide range of solutions ranging from infrastructure and security to networking and endpoint management.

The Implementation Engineer position is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning. You'll have the opportunity to grow within the company through performance-based promotions, while working on meaningful projects that directly impact our clients' success.

What YOU Will Be Doing :

• Project Planning & Execution : Collaborate with Sales to define detailed project scopes, tasks, and time estimates; ensure successful execution of approved project plans while maintaining clear communication with Project Managers, stakeholders, sponsors, and clients.
• Technical Implementation & Support : Implement and support MSP-related technologies including Microsoft administration, infrastructure, networking, security, and endpoint management; provide IT support related to project deployments and escalations beyond scope or schedule.
• Documentation & Deliverables : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented or modified technologies, including diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, flowcharts, end-user instructions, and project deliverables.
• Client Alignment & Communication : Demonstrate strong business awareness by aligning IT solutions with client goals and strategies; ensure stakeholders remain informed and on track throughout project phases and ticket workflows.
• Operational Consistency & Best Practices : Ensure operational processes are well-defined, documented, and consistently followed; contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and adherence to IT security best practices.
