Our Assisted Living residents are able to live in a "nearly independent" apartment like setting, while having the reassurance of onsite nursing assistance and services.

What does a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) do?

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our Assisted Living unit, your daily responsibilities will involve assisting residents in attaining their optimum level of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual capabilities as well as serving meals prepared by our onsite Kitchen staff. Additionally, you will need to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents, following all safety protocols and infection control measures. Collaborating with the healthcare team and demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions are key components of this role.

Are you the CERTIFIED Nurse Aide (cNA) we're looking for?

To excel as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, you must possess a valid certification as an CNA in the State of Ohio. This certification ensures that you have the necessary training and expertise to provide quality care to our residents. In addition to being certified, strong communication skills, empathy, and a compassionate demeanor are essential for success in this role.

Attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a commitment to upholding high standards of care are also crucial qualities.
