Key Responsibilities

Own the onboarding experience by managing the end-to-end process for new customers

Support customers with technical items, ensuring smooth configuration of permissions and integrations

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance onboarding processes

Drive continuous improvement by standardizing best practices and refining onboarding playbooks

Required Qualifications

Project management mindset with strong organizational skills

FinOps practitioner experience, particularly with discount management on hyperscale clouds

Customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Technical problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting cloud-related issues

Startup mentality, demonstrating curiosity and proactivity in a fast-paced environment
