A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst Contractor to support project work across the Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain renewal workbooks, including data validation and rate modeling
Support benchmarking, plan design analysis, and draft compliance-related documentation
Execute eligibility tasks and assist with audits and data accuracy across benefits administration systems
Required Qualifications
3-10 years of experience in a benefits analyst or similar role within a benefits brokerage or consulting environment
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite
Experience drafting benefits-related documents such as SPD / SBCs and ERISA Wraps
Understanding of financial structures such as fully insured and self-funded plans
Professional fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
