The Copy Coordinator plays a key support role within the e-Commerce content team, responsible for translating basic product information into clear, compelling, and customer-friendly copy. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to grow within e-commerce or content operations, with direct oversight from Product Copywriters and the Copy Supervisor.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in producing a high volume of product copy daily, following brand tone and copy standards.
• Input and organize detailed product information in the internal copy management tool.
• Create benefit-driven, engaging product descriptions aligned with marketing strategy.
• Learn and apply style guidelines as outlined in the company's Copy Manual.
• Review and verify product images for accuracy and consistency with style and content standards.
• Identify and report issues or inconsistencies, collaborating with Copywriters and the Copy Supervisor to resolve them.
• Stay informed on product trends and competitive positioning to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Receive daily assignments and feedback from the Copy Supervisor, contributing to the team's overall content goals.
