Valley View Hospital is seeking a qualified individual to work in our Patient Financial Services department as a PRN (as needed) Financial Assistance Representative.

This position is PRN (as needed), day shift. On-site only in Glenwood Springs!

Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES :

• The Financial Assistance Representative willingly and effectively assists patients with all questions or issues related to the revenue cycle using exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Calls unrelated to the revenue cycle will be properly handled to ensure patients' questions are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Uses Microsoft Word and Excel along with Meditech to manage accounts.
• Communicates in a compassionate and professional manner from a strong revenue cycle knowledge base.
