We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager with a strong background in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) to lead innovation initiatives and oversee new product development from concept through commercialization. Compensation : 150-165k / yr. with discretionary bonus program

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage a pipeline of projects, serving as the key leader responsible for execution of timelines and resource alignment.
 - Develop and maintain project timelines and Gantt charts to track critical activities, dependencies, risks, and contingencies.
 - Lead cross-functional project teams from project initiation through product launch.
 - Create and manage project charters, metrics, and documentation while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
 - Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and guide teams through conflict resolution to keep initiatives on track.
 - Drive adherence to the Stage Gate process, maintaining all project documentation, test plans, and issue logs.
 - Serve as the project advocate, proactively addressing obstacles and ensuring projects continue to progress through commercialization.
 - Provide clear, timely, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
 - Utilize data and systems to strengthen workflows and improve planning for future projects.
 
Must-Have Qualifications :
Bachelors DegreePMP Certification (preferred)5+ years of project management experience, preferably in CPG.Demonstrated success managing multiple projects with varying complexity.Strong experience in stakeholder communication, timeline management, and cross-functional leadership.Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management across diverse teams.Comfortable with change while maintaining focus and consistency in execution.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
