About The Position

Weekly Pay $65.62 / hour - SLP at UC Davis Health Rehabilitation Hospital, Sacramento, CA

  • Facility : UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital (52-bed inpatient acute rehab)
  • Department : Therapy Services
  • Role : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Openings : 5 positions
  • Shift : Days; weekend hours open
  • Hours : No minimum or guaranteed weekly hours; flexible scheduling with facility after credentialing
  • Call Requirements : None
  • Float Requirements : None
  • Required Certification : Current California SLP license
  • Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in Acute Rehab or Acute Care
  • Patient Population : Adults with TBI (traumatic brain injury), SCI (spinal cord injury), orthopedic trauma, neurological conditions, amputation, stroke
  • Patient Load : 4-5 patients / day; 6 hours treatment time per day
  • Electronic Health Record : Cerner
  • Supervisor : Caroline Owen
  • Compliance : Standard compliance applies
  • Onboarding : No specific scrub color; report at 8 : 00 AM to Caroline Owen; free parking provided
  • Additional Notes : Specialized, patient-focused rehabilitation in a collaborative and intensive care environment
