Machinist

Location : De Soto, KS

Schedule : Monday – Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts

Pay : $22 – $27 / hr., DOE

About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This position involves the setup and machining of precision metal and plastic parts using a variety of CNC equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in problem-solving, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC mills using various fixtures and work holding methods.
• Perform machining operations such as milling, boring, profiling, drilling, tapping, and reaming.
• Hold tight tolerances (up to .0001”) and inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, CMM).
• Read and interpret blueprints to produce accurate parts.
• Edit programs at the machine and document setups / tooling.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
