As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support security-related protocols. Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols. Work closely with the onsite team and Allied Universal management to communicate observations and follow up on incidents as directed. Minimum Requirements : Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
