Salary : $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Based in the Palo Alto, CA we are Northern Californias #1 High-End Commercial GC and was even voted ENR's 2015 Contractor of the year!

As a senior superintendent on our team, you will oversee all field operations to ensure the successful execution of construction projects, managing teams of union and nonunion professionals while coordinating with project stakeholders. This role requires leadership in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and site logistics to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage construction schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster foreman development for future leadership roles.
• Partner with the project manager to plan and control resources, budgets, and overall site operations.
