Compensation
The hourly range for this position is competitive, depending on your experience :
$36.81 - $58.80 per hourWork Schedule

A Brief Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, individualized, and effective nursing care to hospitalized inpatients and outpatients.
Your Responsibilities
Provide care according to RN licensure and training, adapting to various areas of the medical center.Utilize critical thinking to synthesize best practices with patient data for optimal care decisions.Communicate effectively with the care team, especially during changes in clinical conditions.Engage patients and their families in the care plan, ensuring thorough documentation and education.Mentor orientees, co-workers, and students, sharing your knowledge and experience.Participate in department meetings and organizational initiatives to enhance patient care.Ensure safe medication administration and participate in quality improvement practices.Coordinate care with providers and prepare for emergency situations.Actively contribute to trauma program development and interdisciplinary rounds.Take on the role of Unit Charge Nurse when designated, ensuring effective care coordination.Essential Qualifications

Required Education & Certifications
